Our target customer is multicultural/everyone, because Asian food is accepted in every country. People, who eats Asian food is not always from Asia, For example: Australian people also like to eat Asian food. We sell the food in affordable price, so people like students can afford it without spending lots of money. People, who work around Hay Street also will be our regular customer for the on lunch break. We are focusing on the office workers, because there are lot of offices near our location. In the break time, they can come for lunch or on weekends up to late night. Apart from this, we are in the Perth city, so we can attract people, who came from other countries to see the beauty of Perth. And we are provide many types of Asian food and there is the majority of people Asian people who live around the Perth. As shown in the table and graph below that to Australia is becoming more Asian. So in the future, the number of Asians will increase and our business will definitely be on top.
This Bar chart below shows the boom of Asian population in Australia in 2010 and also the comparison between Australian resident born in Europe and Asia. We can see that number of Asian people in Australia is increasing, because Australia is a neighbor with Asia. It means our restaurant will be always on demand.
The table below shows popularity of different type of food in Australia and comparison of numbers and percentages of restaurants by ethnic cuisine in capital cities. We can see that number of Asian restaurants especially Chinese is greater, than other ethnics.
